
For DSCR we can go down to 600 Fico, and for Fix & Flip we go down to 660, as well as for commercial and ground up construction!
Minimum downpayment for a DSCR loan is typically 20%. Though we may be able to go down to 15% depending on the scenario.
We go down to 10% down for our standard fix & flip loan, with some 0% down options, depending on scenario.
Our DSCR loans cover anywhere from a single Family Residence up to 8 units. Above 8 units is commercial.
Usually you will need about 25%-30% down minimum, depending on the deal.
Our fix&flip loans can close as soon as 7 days, and in some cases even quicker. The same goes for bridge loans. DSCR can take anywhere from 14 days - 30 days, depending on the situation. Commercial loans can take anywhere from 30 days to a few months depending on the complexity of the deal.
